Terms of use
Effective November 2, 2026. These terms govern use of https://britril.cfd/.
Agreement
By using the britril website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. britril is the publisher named throughout these pages. Contact is [email protected], +1 (212) 555-0148, 450 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1840, New York, NY 10017, United States. The privacy policy explains how information is handled. The cookie policy explains the preference stored in your browser.
What the site is
britril publishes a qualitative guidebook. Articles describe how to interview decision-makers, observe markets and touchpoints, look for patterns and friction in purchase decisions, and write a positioning synthesis. The word Claude, in this guidebook, names that research sequence. It is not an offer of software, a certification, or a managed research engagement unless we later agree in a separate writing signed by both sides.
No professional advice and no performance promise
The text is educational. It is not legal advice, marketing advice tailored to your company, or a research design you can hand to a regulator as a representative study. You are responsible for how you recruit participants, what you record, and which claims you make in your own market. Methods on this site are explicitly unfit for promising a return on investment or for presenting a handful of conversations as representative statistics. britril does not warrant that using the method will increase revenue, win a deal, or satisfy a particular buyer.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and original graphics of the site are owned by britril or used with permission. You may read them, quote short passages with attribution, and link to pages. You may not copy entire articles onto another site, sell the guidebook, or remove the notices that limit what the method claims. Trademarks of other companies mentioned in examples remain theirs. “britril” and britril.cfd are placeholders for the publisher of this site and are used consistently in these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. You may not attempt to break signup.php or the host, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, send malware, or use the notes list to harvest addresses. You may not present britril’s articles as your own client deliverable. You may not use the contact channels to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages. We may suspend access to the newsletter or block abusive traffic if we need to protect the site or other readers.
Newsletter
If you submit an email, you ask britril to send occasional notes about the guidebook. You can stop them by replying with an unsubscribe request or by emailing [email protected]. Delivery is not guaranteed. A form response of status ok means the request was received by the endpoint, not that a particular commercial outcome will follow.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, and requests your browser makes for Google Fonts, leave or extend beyond this site. Those services have their own terms. britril is not responsible for their content or availability. A link is not an endorsement of a product those companies sell.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, britril disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the pages will be uninterrupted or free of error, or that any example in an article matches your market.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, britril will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages from use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars, except where a state does not allow that cap. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute elsewhere. Courts located in New York County, New York, have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property in a court that has jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and a mandatory local rule gives you a different forum, that rule controls to the extent it must.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the site after the update, the new terms apply to new use. Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or to britril at 450 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1840, New York, NY 10017, United States.
